Hi all!
First, thanks for ALL the help with my recent
questions. I thanked some respondents personally,
but for the people I didn't thank...Thanks! You
people have been generous with your knowledge and
experience and I don't know what I'd do without you!
Now, I need to set up a copyright agreement with
a magazine I sometimes write for, but I don't
have any examples or boilerplate contracts with
which to do so. I am looking for examples of
contracts that spell out copyrights, specifically
first rights of first publication and reprinting
rights. This is a great publication and I don't
mind them doing just about whatever they want
with most of what I send them, but I want to
retain future rights for myself, just in case.
Does anyone have such a contract they'd share
with me or know of an online source where I can find such a contract?
Thanks!
