In that you violated accepted standards of conduct, you did something that
is unethical. Failing to point out that you were the writer of the article
you pointed to is not acceptable conduct -- as no doubt you can see by the
reaction of people on the list.
I think you did this because as Tony, you evaded discussion when people
tried to understand what your views were, evidence for support of them in
the industry, and so forth. Eventually you went away angry. I think you
thought that a new crop of people here meant it was safe to present your
ideas again -- exactly in the same way you did a long time ago --
pontificating but refusing clarifying dialogue. You snapped at people and
went away in a huff because people didn't bow down and worship -- they
challenged you.
It really doesn't matter what name you use; the real you will always shine
through.
