Thank you for the quick reply. I tried it out but it doesn't work. I am
attaching the tool bar I worked with, tried all the buttons. It kind of
draws some gray outline but disappears. The tool buttons on the right hand
side don't let me send the layer backward, meaning to have the outline look.
