Hi Sarah,
I have have gone through the same situation while documenting a user guide
for a client. The screenshots I took for a form had to show telephone
numbers in the field. The phone numbers had to look authentic however could
not be 'real' telephone numbers. The solution for me was pretty simple
though. The clients specified the range of numbers that could be used as
telephone numbers, ip addresses etc. For company names and usernames I just
entered CompanyName1 and UserName1.
If you do not have a guide defining the values that you can use, I am afraid
you will have to verify each name that you use in your document.
Regards,
Khizran
