few S/W Engineers and occasionally I'll run into one that actually knows
what he's talking about. The downside is that a few of them tend to have
a condescending attitude. They feel as if they can do your job better
than you are. The rest are great assets who can mediate betwixt you and
their fellow engineers. It's like being lost in a remote jungle then
finding a native who speaks your language, just happens to have a
two-way radio with him, and is carrying a sack of sandwiches. I consider
them demigods.
