I am trying to locate a copy of the table of contents for the 19th Annual Practical Conference on Communication (PCOC), held in October 1995 at Oak Ridge, TN. Specifically, I'm looking for the title of a particular paper. I have been finding hits for the 17th, 18th, and even 20th annual PCOC, but not much is out there for #19. Would appreciate help in this regard.
