to very small farms. ISO 22000 is required by any operation touching
the food chain. This is not yet being enforced to a huge degree, but
the small farmers who are already under huge pressure to "get big or get
out" see the handwriting on the wall and are delighted to have somebody
who understands the systems, the processes -- and even a little
something about farming.
Needless to say, I do not charge a family with a two-acre market garden
my regular Corporate rate.

for hoots and giggles.
