Subject:Looking for a speaker for my NY Metro STC chapter From:John Posada <jposada01 -at- yahoo -dot- com> To:"List,Techwriter" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- techwr-l -dot- com> Date:Fri, 5 Oct 2007 11:13:06 -0700 (PDT)
Hi, guys...as you may know, I'm the programs guy for the NY Metro STC chapter.
We did a program survey 2-3 months ago (used WebMonkey) and one of the topics that was most--asked for was on developing training content and deliverables.
So, I'm looking for suggestions on who the hot speakers are for this subject.
I have plenty of time, we're probably looking at Feb-March timeframe.
BTW...in case you are curious, this is our current schedule:
Sept: JoAnn Hackos (done)
Oct: Wikis and CMS systems for collaborative content development
Nov: FM8 and the Tech Com Suite
Dec: Holiday get together
Jan: Human Factors and Usability
So...if you are in the training biz and can suggest a high-end training deliverables speaker, I'd liked to be contacted. You can either give me the contact information and I'll reach out, or pass this to the person and they can contact me offline.
Thanks.
