You are absolutely correct and that is why I side with both John and Bill.
To argue a single point-of-view, and use that argument with minimal or no
support is a waste of bandwidth. Respect is a two-way street. Richard Lewis
(generic), or whatever he calls himself in his latest incarnation, needs to
also learn respect. Methinks he needles us for spite which offers no help to
those looking for real answers to real problems.
