FWIW, the two books I co-authored on Robohelp some years ago have
rather detailed information on the basics of help development as
well, but there's not a cross-comparison chart of product features in
either of the books. But you may be able to get part of the
information about how to do it and then be able to get to the list of
things you need from there.

It's my guess that all of the tools available right now will do
whatever you're likely to need in help development. The real
questions will be "with how much facility?" and "do you like using them?"
