Ditto what Gregory says. Also, if I were trying to learn this stuff,
I'd look for people who already do it and ask them as many questions
as I could.
And now that I think of it, tool user groups might be a good place to
look for them (as well as your nearby STC chapters). Just don't get
seduced by that all sexy software right away...
