I didn't see anyone mention the Help Authoring Tools &
Technologies yahoo group (hatt -at- yahoogroups -dot- com).
You may also find the www.writersua.com web site helpful (and
definitely think about the attending the conference if you have any
kind of training budget :)
There is a book by JoAnn Hackos and Dawn Stevens, "Standards
for On-Line Communication", which, though several years old, has
some good information on structuring on-line help.
