Well, ~mine~ do, as most anyone can tell you!  :)  "I'm a man of many 
facets; if I move too quickly, some of them take a while to catch up."

Truthfully, I use "exothermic" in this venue to mean generating 
heat--enthusiasm--in others around you.  It is not enough that one 
gets the job done; senior writers should inspire their co-workers to 
be enthusiastic and to get their jobs done, too.
