Users don't need to know or want to know whether something is an applet or a
whizprong; they need and want to know how to get done what they want to get
done.
So don't tell them what the thing they are to click *is* -- just tell them
to click "Payments." If they don't see it on the screen, then you've
already lost them, and using terms that users could not care less about and
don't even understand won't help.
