Okay, I closed out all of the other files and restarted Frame. Now,
all I have open are three book files and the single file that has the
drawings and callouts. I printed to PDF again and I still have the issue
of the callouts not showing up. These callouts HAVE been there before in
PDF files and I need them to be again because that's how we distribute
the documents to our customers as well as save them on the Web site. I
have Acrobat Professional 8.1.0. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
Thanks much in advance,

Darren,
The files are PDFs and are imported by reference. Originally, the
files were Autocad, I believe. I'm not sure, but I THINK it may be
caused by the large number of Frame files I have open at the moment. I'm
going through the books and making sure the cross-references are
correct, and I'm about to print the file, so I have all of the chapters
open at the moment. My machine has 2 GB of RAM, but it might not be
enough for what I'm trying to do. In the past, these callouts have
printed out into the PDF just fine, so I'm hoping it's just a matter of
the number of files open.

Subject: PDF/Frame issue
All,
I have some PDF files of drawings with callouts on them. These files
are inserted by reference into a chapter in Frame 7.2 (on Win XP). So
far, so good. When I try to make a PDF of the chapter, the callout
numbers on the drawings disappear. The callout arrows and circles are
still there, but the numbers are gone. Any ideas on what's happening?
