My, my. I guess my secret is out now. Of course, in my own mythology, I
thought I'd stuck with the Society because of the people I'd met and because
I enjoyed and benefited from my association. I shall reconstruct that
self-delusion. No longer the glutton for punishment, I am now
just...unusual.
