If the Task is to Frubjub the Whoosit, it might entail four steps, each
with four sub-steps.

Task 47:  Frubjub the Whoosit.

	Step 1.  Wingding the Ramjam.

		a.  Release the wizzpurr.
	
		b.  Set the dial to zero.

		c.  Float the rubber duckies.

		d.  Record time and temperature on Form D 6207.

	Step 2.  Recapture the Wizzpurr.

		a.  and so on...
