Way, way back in 2003, David Knopf tried on a bunch of HATs, including
D2H (http://www.knopf.com/resources/hatcomp/index.html). At the time, he
could only look at D2H 2000 and 6.0, and he concluded that neither one
produced "valid" HTML or CSS (i.e., code that complies with W3C).
That was then, this is now. Problem solved?
