Dori's point, and a valid one, is that in today's work
environment the word "personnel" is generally out
of favor.  Most people associate it with government
agencies, big corporations and temp staffing firms,
and factories where people trudge past the time
clock twice a day in lines that looks like the shift
changing scene in "Metropolis."
