Not directly in snag-it editor. Snag-it saves tha capture as an avi which
you could use windows movie maker to add your audio to the capture.
Personally, I've always gotten better results by recording my audio first
and then taking my screen cap as I listen to the audio playback. Much
easier to mtach the action to the audio that way.

Has anyone done this?
Does audio have to be added in real-time, as the capture is being
performed, or can it be added later, after the video has been captured?
