And to answer the question, I'm a problem solver but not so much a
number cruncher. I also like to explain things and see the light bulbs
turn on over folks' heads. Though I first began in Help Authoring and
Tech Writing, I've since broadened into other areas like management,
corporate communication, and even leadership development (with some
usability and conference coordination on the side).
