TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
I am reposting this message with a functioning link for readers who tried unsuccessfully to reach the questionnaire:
I am a student enrolled in “Starting a Technical Writing Career” in Brooklyn College’s Technical Writing Certificate Program. A requirement of the course is to ask technical writers about their experiences in the profession. For that purpose, I’m asking interested writers to complete and return to me a questionnaire about their work. You can answer any or all the questions you wish, and you can add comments about any issue of concern to you. You can find the questionnaire, links to the program, and introductory remarks about me, at http://eolsonwriting.com/Documents/Questionnaire.doc.
I look forward to reading your responses and thank you in advance for your assistance.
