HI John,

The stuff you want is called sonex. It's used in video/audio studios to
completely deaden equipment and all uncontrolled sound (cooling fans,
drives, even the clicking of keyboards). It only takes a few blocks and it
reduces sounds from all directions, including the noise from all those
servers.
