This note had me laughing (quietly so I don't draw too much more attention).

I'm actually documenting ultrasound systems, which could probably use
a lot more technical in my education, but I do what I can to make up
for the lack. I'd never seen an ultrasound system until I started
working here.

With the DITA model, I'm writing about measurements and analysis of
ultrasound image data. I understand maybe a third of what I'm writing,
likely less than that.

I would love to explore gold standards with more support. That said,
our primary vendor spent an hour and a half with the team today
troubleshooting issues and we're in much better shape today.

Today, Monday's deadline doesn't seem utterly ridiculous. We've
actually managed to export several sections, troubleshoot issues, and
move on to the others.

I'm going to have a quiet weekend preparing the rooftop garden and
hanging out with my aging dog.
