Visio Question

I'm posting for a colleague who is trying to use a Visio (Office 2003./WinXP)  org chart template to show:

Department
Phone Number
Name
Title

He's using the Organizational Chart template and choosing a Shape that comes with four predefined fields; perfect! 

But when he opens the properties for the shape and changes the values for each field, only the Name and Title display. The values update fine in the properties dialog box, but they don't display. We can't seem to find what controls which fields display and which ones don't. Any ideas?
