Can someone tell me what Wiki program they are referring to? I searched
wiki on download.com and so many flavors popup. Which one is necessary
for creating ReadMes?

Umm ... IIRC, Rob was looking for a _basic_ tool for creating a _simple_
HTML readme file. A "complete end-to-end collaboration and single source
content component management system" seems a bit much.

I agree with Sandy -- this is a job for a wiki. And you won't need
consultants to help you implement it. :-)
