We have an office in the States where I work, one in the UK and one in Denmark...our big grammar wars consist of "U" labor vs labour..."z" vs "s" specialize vs. specialise and the ever popular do you go to the Centre or the Center. :) I am out numbered so I just make the changes!
I do have to admit I love getting emails where they spell out Zed..as in "it is not zed it is s". Reminds me of my Canadian grad school days and someone in some Shakespeare play that called someone else a "whoreson Zed". I can't recall the play, it just pops into my head whenever they yell at me for "zedding" a word!
