Ya gotta love it when the definition refers to "any employee who meets *all*
[emphasis added] of the following requirements" and then proceeds to link
the first requirement to the rest of the list with an "or".  Perhaps the 
Division of Labor Standards Enforcement needs a professional tech writer?
