I billed by the rate I quoted on the work needed to be done. If they
in turn want me to take notes at meetings for them or file paperwork,
the rate doesn't go down. My time is my time, and I want to be
compensated for it. Their money is their money, and they can choose to
spend it on whatever they'd like.
