I can't think of anything I'd like to avoid more than
being involved in a workplace lawsuit, on either side.
Even if you win, you lose. The best thing to do if
you feel things going sour is to find a new place,
live well in it and leave the old place to its fate. The
world is a big place, and assuming you're not a
slacker, no matter what your philosophy about work
is, there's bound to be an employer out there who
thinks the same way you do.
