Hello,
A co-worker and I are trying to do a quick, and what I thought would be easy, change to a screenshot using Paint. I have done this a million times but for some reason I can't right now.
I am trying to change a color on a portion of a bitmap and Paint is refusing to let me. I want to change the color from red to black, but for some reason I can't get the black color. It appears as black on the color bar, but will not change to black when I hit it. This is a bitmap our other office sent me, they are in Denmark and it is 10:30 PM there. I can't find the properties on the bitmap, does anyone know if bitmaps can be locked, and how to unlock them?
