RE: Word - Disappearing Acrobat toolbar (again) - but worse than usual

And PDFmaker does a poor job of making PDFs.  If you have bookmark
cross-references in your headers, beware.  Just one example.  Works fine
in Acrobat, messes up in several different ways in PDFmaker; doesn't
even mess up the same way each time.
