Thanks, Bonnie and Geoff. I am working with Jack on MegaReplacer, as
it always dies on the first file for me. I've run through his standard
things to fix it, and those aren't working. We may speak on the phone.
The macro tool sounds interesting, too.
Paul, point taken about html conversion. I am not without some fear
and loathing there. Am experimenting with the MS Word batch converter
and will eyeball a few docs and see how they look. If they're not too
bad, I will go ahead that way, and yes, I have to convert them to PDF
after.
This is a company name and address and logo change that is upon me at
my busiest time of year, so I have almost no time to do anything
without blowing the deadline on a massive release notes doc for our
major annual release. :-(
