Managers, HR staff, government personnel, and others who might be in a
position to work with technical communicators.
IMHO, we can exclude five-year-olds from our target audience, although
brighter ones might understand anyway, I suggest if we want to explain
our jobs to five-year-olds, we create a definition especially for them.
