Yes. We expect Britney to do something unexpected and she does.
Also, I do have a love-hate relationship with Word. Early versions of Word
could not perform according to the specifications of what Word should do,
but Word has improved somewhat. FrameMaker is definitely better for
producing books and for maintaining rules, among other things. Word is more
widely available, so it is better for documents that clients or users will
ultimately edit.
