Hi Rob

I started using it today as well. Oddly enough, about ten minutes before seeing your post, my copy issued a "Parameter is incorrect" error. The error did go away quickly and hasn't yet returned, but thought I'd share.

I've never found any product that compares to SnagIt. My vote is to report the errors and TechSmith will likely issue a patch shortly if they can isolate the issue.
