RE: A Visual UI String Editing Tool: Recommendations?

I edited error messages and GUI strings with a tool called PoEdit once a
couple years ago. It was pretty easy to use/learn on the fly. I don't know
anything else about it. Perhaps a web search would turn up an executable and
reviews.

How about Notepad, NoteTab, EditPad, UltraEdit, ...? The resource files
are just text files. 

Or does the word "Visual" in the subject mean something I don't
understand?
