For the Asian languages, have a look at Alliance Localization (http://
www.allocalization.com/). I haven't used their services myself, but
they've been in the business quite a while, and had some big-name
clients way back when I first encountered them. (Met the owner while
I was in Beijing, and was impressed by his knowledge.)
