Software Technical Specification Template Needed

Hi Everyone,
Does anyone out there have a good technical design spec template for
software development?  If so, would you please send it to me?  We're
trying to establish a standard for one part of our Development
organization. They develop point of sale software for retail stores.
 
I'm on the digest. So please send responses to me off list.
