An elegant way I like to force the text, table row, or picture to start on
the next page is to follow these steps.

1. Place your cursor on the paragraph that you would like to have on the
next page

2. Go to Format>Paragraph and check the Page break before box.

The only annoying thing about the feature is that if you are working on a
document in which you are adding a lot of information, checking page break
before can create huge white space gaps as the paragraph keeps the page
break before formatting.

When that happens, I select the text and turn off page break before and
select keep with next, making sure that the page break before or keep with
next check boxes aren't filled with color.

My two cents.
