Subject:RE: "using" as a verb in a task heading From:"Lauren" <lauren -at- writeco -dot- net> To:"'Bonnie Granat'" <bgranat -at- granatedit -dot- com>, "'TECHWR-L'" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- techwr-l -dot- com> Date:Thu, 3 Jul 2008 13:55:55 -0700
I assumed that the mention of "use" was in place of the actual verb. I also
left off the convention that I normally use in my previous post, and I agree
with the what Bonnie says here. I was uncomfortable with the style that
guide that I had to use that required "To" at the beginning of every
procedure heading. That was very annoying. Just imagine "To" at the
beginning of the procedures in Bonnie's example.
