Well, I think "document location" sounds fine, but "documents location"
sounds eleven kinds of wrong. Kind of like "spices rack".
If you need me, I'll be hiding behind the sofa until "documents
location" goes away.

Nah, there's no need to fear the phrase; it's a perfectly normal
construction, like "file cabinet", "spice rack", "used-car lot", "dish
soap", "student housing", etc...
