Is a request for photos from a college admissions department a common
requirement in the UK? I can't imagine why they would need or want
them. Is physical appearance a factor in accepting an applicant? If a
college or university in the United States tried that, there would be
a bloody uproar...and, in my opinion, justifiably so.
