Instead of just checking Generate Acrobat Data, you need to click the
PDF Setup button to the right and ... well, set things up right. That
message relates to your PDF Job Options setting, which is almost
certainly not the one you should be using.

You mean the PDF contained multiple copies of the book? In the Print
Book dialog, make sure that Copies is set to 1 (it remembers your last
setting, so if you previously printed 6 copies of something for
review...).
