I had an issue with RoboHelp x5 cos I switched machines. It was asking for
an activation code to use the software in the new machine. The Support team
made couple of calls to Adobe and they kept saying that the activation
server was down. Another call was made few days back and our Support team
was told that the activation server for X5 was shutdown as RoboHelp x5 is no
longer supported. They did give us a patch and I can only open a project
through the program and not just by double clicking the xpj file like I use
to do.
Has anyone encountered this problem, and is it true that RoboHelp x5 is not
supported anymore. If there are future issues will it not be supported? I
want to make sure before asking management about upgrading to RoboHelp 7.
Thanks,
Zen
