While Allen Wyatt's macro certainly does the job, it's really the hard way
to go about it.
The key to printing a filtered list of any type of document markup
(annotations, comments, insertions and deletions, or formatting changes)
is the "Show" tool on the Reviewing toolbar in Word 2003 (and later?).
If you first select the kind of markup you want to see, and then select
List of Markup in the Print dialog, you'll get a printed listing of the specific
type(s) of markup you are currently showing in the document view.
You can even filter the listing by reviewer by using the Reviewers item
in the Show menu.
It's actually much more powerful than the Print Comments feature in
earlier versions of Word, but MS *did* do a pretty good job of hiding
the enhanced functionality.
