Word 2007 will require some relearning. The UI is significantly different since they've moved
to the "ribbon interface". Relearning won't be such an issue with Word 2003.
On the flip side, if you are moving to Office 2007, including PowerPoint, I think you'll be happy
with the more polished look of presentations and other documents you can achieve.
