A job that lasts only as long as there happens to be a grant that
applies to what you do. No guarantees. Money comes - money goes -money
gets allocated elsewhere - you never know. While job security is an
issue for everyone, in this case, it's rather like a short-term contract
job in the private sector. I'm only "hired" for a few months at a
time. This round runs out mid-December.
