In general effectiveness improved with extraversion.

Interestingly, managers all rated high on extraversion, but there was a
lot of other data that was correlated... I don't remember all the
numbers by memory - but not all managers with high extraversion rated
effective... It was really interesting

If "effectiveness improves with extroversion," doesn't that mean that
the most extroverted employees are the most effective ones?
