Remarks that suggest that some people don't recognize
or appreciate her performance, not made directly to her
at all, apparently.

It is possible that the employer has a situation in which its
employees have a poor working relationship with one
another. But every dysfunctional office does not rise to
the level of a legally actionable "hostile workplace." Most
of them are merely places that cause people to quit a lot.
